The realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own

we are each our own
yet we are all interconnected

about
My intentions was this piece was to create an uncomfortable feeling of questioning yourself. We often are so busy in our lives that we forget to take a moment and really think about ourselves, our impacts ,and how we are affecting our own lies, and those surrounding us. I liked the over exposure style because I felt it creates a sense of loss identity. You can clearly see that there is a figure or person, but because it’s blown out in solid white, nothing makes up that person, there are no features really to be seen and that is important because all of our features are so unique and is what makes us us and they should be praised.
The entire shoot I used a flash or a super low shutter speed all the way up to 30 seconds.
I didn’t edit all of the pictures much, but I did move the lines extremely high and low to create the tie-dye effect.
